This Privacy Policy explains how PepStack collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the PepStack application at pepstack.one.

We collect account information (email address, Google profile if applicable), optional profile data (weight, height, date of birth, biological sex, experience level, health goals), stack and usage data, bloodwork marker values, AI query content, and standard technical data (server logs, IP addresses).
We use your information to provide and operate the PepStack service, sync your data across devices, power AI features, manage your Pro subscription via Stripe, send reminders if enabled, and monitor and secure the service. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell your data to third parties.
PepStack uses Clerk for authentication, Anthropic and OpenAI for AI model inference, Stripe for payment processing, and Replit for hosting infrastructure. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to data they process.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit's infrastructure in the United States. We apply HTTPS encryption in transit, authenticated API access via Clerk session tokens, and server-side input validation.
We retain your account and protocol data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account via Settings, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Under Australian Privacy Act principles and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Contact pepstackadmin@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
PepStack is not directed at children. The subject matter - research peptides, injection protocols, and bloodwork - is intended for adults only. If you are under 18, do not use this service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
