These Terms of Service govern your use of PepStack. Please read them carefully before using the application.
By accessing or using PepStack at pepstack.one, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of PepStack, including free and Pro subscribers.
PepStack is a personal organisation and research reference tool for tracking peptide protocols, vial inventory, injection schedules, bloodwork markers, and cycle timelines. It is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Research peptides are not approved for human use in most jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. PepStack does not supply, endorse, or facilitate the purchase of any substance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PepStack. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older.
To use PepStack you must create an account via Clerk using an email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
PepStack offers a paid Pro subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe in Australian dollars (AUD). Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the Settings page.
You agree not to use PepStack for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the application, use automated scraping tools, or interfere with the service.
PepStack uses Anthropic Claude and OpenAI to generate analysis and responses. AI output is probabilistic and for reference purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your use of PepStack is governed by our Privacy Policy at pepstack.one/privacy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
All content, design, code, and materials in PepStack are owned by or licensed to PepStack. Your data remains yours - PepStack claims no ownership over the content you create within the application.
PepStack is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PepStack's total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
